2. What shipping options are available? We offer these to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20
  • Free Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0 (our most popular option!)
  • Free Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $0
  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10

Note: Times are estimates and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume. Free shipping may apply based on order total or promotions.

3. How long will it take to receive my order? Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After shipping:

  • Express: 3–6 business days
  • Standard / Free: 7–14 business days

4. Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding – sign up for our newsletter for updates!

5. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unworn items in original condition with tags/packaging intact. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos – we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (including original shipping if it’s our error). 6. Are your hair accessories gentle on hair and high-quality? Yes! We use smooth, non-snagging materials, strong but gentle grips, and hypoallergenic options where possible to prevent breakage or irritation. Many pieces are durable for daily use and special occasions.

7. How do I care for my OvellePin accessories? Most can be wiped gently with a soft cloth. Avoid water/submersion for metal or pearl items to prevent tarnishing. Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Specific care tips are included with each product.
